안녕히 계세요. Goodbye (when you are leaving). Lit. "peace stay with you."
안녕히 가세요. Goodbye (when others are leaving). Lit. "peace go with you."
저기요. Excuse me (ONLY when you want to get someone's attention).
잠기만요. Excuse me (ONLY when you want to pass through a crowd).
잠깐만요. Excuse me (ONLY when you want to pass through a crowd).
죄송합니다. Excuse me (ONLY when you want to pass through a crowd).
[final consonant] 이에요. to be, is, etc.
[no final consonant] 예요. to be, is, etc.

물 이에요. It is water.

저 that (over there)
^ only work as modifiers, so when using "this" or "that" as pronouns, you add 것 after.
>>이것, 그것, 저것.
것 = thing, item, stuff, fact.
You can form phrases using 이, 그, 저 with other words.
이사람 this person, 그사람 that person, 저사람 that person over there.
Using ~것:
이것 뭐 예요? What is this?
그것 교회 예요. That is a church.
아니예요. to not be, is not, etc. (formal present tense of 아니다).
저 아니예요. It is not I.
저것 우유 아니예요. That is not milk.
그것 고양이 아니예요. That is not a cat.
있어요. to have/there is.
없어요. to not have/there is not.
시간 없어요. I don't have time.
재미 (fun) + 있어요 >> 재미있어요 (to be interesting).
주세요. to give (formal present tense of 주다).
물 있어요? Is there water?
아니요. 물 없어요. No. There is not water.
술 있어요? Is there liquor?
네, 술 있어요. Yes, there is liquor.
술 주세요. (Please) give me liquor.
맛 = taste
맛있어요. It's tasty. It's delicious.
저 케익 맛있어요. That cake is yummy.
맛없어요. It's not tasty. It's not delicious.
이 차 맛없어요. This tea tastes bad.
잘 먹겠습니다. Expression used before a meal, lit. I'm going to eat well. Japanese equivalent is いただきます
잘 먹었습니다. Expression used after a meal, lit. I have eaten well. Japanese equivalent is ご馳走さまでした
~고 싶어요. I want to ~.
Drop the 다 at the end of a verb and add ~고 싶어요.
가다 (to go) >> 가고 싶어요. (I want to go.)
보다 (to look/see/watch) >> 보고 싶어요. (I want to look/see/watch.)
먹다 (to eat) >> 먹고 싶어요. (I want to eat.)
하다 (to do) >> 하고 싶어요. (I want to do....)
뭐 하고 싶어요? What do you want to do?
햄버거 먹고 싶어요. I want to eat hamburger.
더 more
더 먹고 싶어요. I want to eat more.

To conjugate a verb into its present tense, take the stem of the verb and add on one of the endings:
-아요
-어요
-여요
If the verb stem ends in ㅏ or ㅗ, add 아요.
If the verb stem does not end in ㅏ or ㅗ, add 어요.
If the verb stem is 하, add 여요.
There are exceptions to this rule.
Ex)
가다 (to go) >> 가 >> 가아요 >> 가요
먹다 (to eat) >> 먹 >> 먹어요
보다 (to look/watch/see) >> 보 >> 보아요 >> 봐요
보이다 (to be seen, to be visible) >> 보이 >> 보이어요 >> 보여요
하다 (to do) >> 하 >> 하여요 >> 해요
